HILARY BARASH

Hilary joined Levy in 2016 as a Catering Sales Manager at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Ohio, with over 10 years of experience in the Hospitality, Events & Fine-Dining Restaurant Industries. In 2017, Hilary moved into a hybrid role as a Senior Catering Sales & Experience Manager, which evolved into a Director of Experience Design position in 2018. In June of 2021, Hilary took on a larger role as Area Director of Experience Design & Strategy for Levy’s Convention Center & Cultural Attraction Division, and now solely supports the Convention Center Division's network of properties.

Hilary's creative influence & portfolio of design work can be seen spanning across all Levy Convention Center Division properties, as well as Levy property locations outside of the CC Division. Some of these note-worthy locations are: the Javits Center in New York City, the Mississippi Coast Coliseum & Convention Center, the Franklin Institute Museum in Philadelphia, The Georgia World Congress Center, The Harley Davidson Museum in Wisconsin, The Chicago Symphony Orchestra, The Children's Museum of Indianapolis, the Greater Columbus Convention Center, The Classic Center in Georgia, and more.

Graduating from the Virginia Marti College of Art and Design with an Interior Design Degree, Hilary has taken her understanding of design, and learned how to effectively apply these disciplines to the hospitality environments she works within.

Hilary defines her role as an Experience Design Strategist as: exploring, designing, delivering and defining the pathway for the most creative and meaningful guest experiences in the food and beverage industry, with a targeted focus on crafting one-of-a-kind, emotion evoking, transcendental, and anything but ordinary, culinary ventures.
